Your lamp gets better with age.

Every IgnisLab lamp can be updated at home. Firmware updates add new features, refine the light modes and fix bugs. Everything installs straight from the lamp’s own control page, with no cables and no special tools.

The download center is being built. Firmware packages will be published here when the first lamps ship. Every update will be free, for every lamp, for good.
How it works

Three steps, five minutes.

  1. Download the firmware file Grab the latest .bin package for your lamp from the list below and save it to your phone or computer.
  2. Open your lamp’s control page On your home Wi-Fi, visit http://cozylamp.local (or the name you gave your lamp) in any browser and choose Update.
  3. Flash and relax Select the file and press Flash Firmware. The lamp restarts itself in under a minute, and your Wi-Fi, name and schedules are kept.

Just keep the lamp powered while it updates. That is the only rule.

Good to know

Common questions.

Setting up a new lamp for the first time

Power the lamp on. It opens its own Wi-Fi network called CozyLamp-Setup. Join it from your phone, pick your home Wi-Fi, and give your lamp a name. From then on it lives on your network at http://your-lamp-name.local.

I can’t find my lamp’s control page

Make sure your phone or computer is on the same Wi-Fi network as the lamp, then try http://cozylamp.local, or the custom name you chose during setup followed by .local.

Moving house or changing Wi-Fi?

Switch the lamp off and on five times in a row. It blinks to confirm, forgets the old network, and opens the CozyLamp-Setup network again so you can connect it to the new one.

Is it safe to update?

Yes. The lamp checks the update before applying it, restarts on its own, and keeps your settings. Just don’t unplug it mid-update. If anything goes sideways, write to us and we’ll get you glowing again.
